Role Summary
Owns end to end delivery of Offer Creation and project initiatives within Industrial Automation Services. Ensures projects meet defined business objectives for quality, time to market, and cost while coordinating cross functional, globally distributed teams and adhering to Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM), quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Own overall project planning, execution, and delivery from initiation through closure for offer creation projects.
• Define and manage project scope, budget, resources, schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) processes, quality procedures, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate closely with offer managers, future offer managers, and global cross functional stakeholders across multiple lines of business.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and corrective action plans.
• Prepare and deliver clear project status reports and presentations, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Contribute to quarterly offer planning sessions, supporting timeline, resource, and priority alignment.
• Support administrative and operational activities, including development tools, subcontractor timesheets, and invoice tracking.
• Work effectively across global teams and time zones to ensure consistent execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery discipline, structure, and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience
• Engineering degree combined with an MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in project or program management.
• Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and PMP principles; certification is an asset.
• Experience coordinating cross functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong organizational, planning, and detail orientation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with assertive leadership capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple time zones in a global environment.
• Working knowledge of project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work in structured, quality driven industrial or enterprise settings.
- Must Be able to to work EST Hours 6:30am- 2:30pm (4:00pm IST – 12:00pm IST)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience in Industrial Automation
