Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior-level Project Manager to join our client's enterprise technology transformation team, specializing in the foodservice industry. This individual will own the JD Edwards ERP and Infor WMS project workstreams as part of a multi-division rollout spanning distribution and supply chain operations across the Midwest. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the project plan, facilitating daily standups, managing timelines and milestones, coordinating cross-functional integrations, and delivering executive-level status reporting to senior stakeholders including EVPs, VPs, and regional presidents.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing large-scale ERP and WMS deployments across multiple full project lifecycles in distribution, supply chain, or warehousing environments. They will work closely with internal IT teams, operations leadership, and third-party vendors to drive project delivery across fit-gap, SIT, UAT, and go-live phases. Travel of approximately 30% is expected, with heavier cadence during key project milestones. The role is based out of Cleveland, OH to align with the JDE portfolio lead and the SS Kemp division.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of project management experience on large-scale enterprise deployments
- Proven experience managing multiple full-lifecycle ERP and/or WMS implementations (not just one)
- Strong working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) ERP and/or Infor WMS — or equivalent enterprise ERP/WMS platforms in a distribution/supply chain environment
- Distribution, supply chain, or warehousing industry background
- Ability to own and manage a full project plan — standups, timelines, milestone tracking, risk management
- Executive-level communication skills — comfortable presenting to EVPs, VPs, and regional presidents
- Willingness and ability to travel ~30%, with heavier travel during kickoff, fit-gap, SIT, and UAT phases
- Strictly a project management profile — no BA or QA crossover; must be a dedicated PM

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Direct experience with JD Edwards ERP and Infor WMS specifically (vs. comparable platforms)
- Workato or middleware/integration platform exposure
- Shopify or eCommerce platform familiarity
- PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Food service or food distribution industry experience
- Experience working alongside or managing third-party implementation partners
- Strong EQ and executive presence in a matrixed, fast-moving environment
