Insight Global is searching for an Infor WMS Applications Manager to service one of our clients that specializes in the foodservice industry. The role is responsible for leading the rollout and ongoing support of Infor Warehouse Management Systems across multiple warehouse locations. This role partners closely with IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure successful WMS implementations, seamless ERP integrations, and stable day‑to‑day system performance. The position supports warehouse users through training, troubleshooting, and SOP development while driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and system efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands‑on experience supporting and implementing Infor WMS
- Proven experience managing WMS rollouts across multiple warehouses
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
- Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to provide day‑to‑day operational support and troubleshooting
- Experience developing SOPs, user documentation, and training materials
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Project management certification (PMP or similar)
WMS‑specific certifications
- Experience with process automation and workflow optimization
- Prior experience working with external vendors during system implementations
- Exposure to performance metrics, reporting, and post‑implementation reviews
