Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Pharmacy Technicians to remotely support a specialty pharmacy client.
The hourly pay rate for these positions is $20-22 and based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Submit and follow up on prior authorizations with insurance plans
- Process and adjudicate pharmacy test claims
- Communicate with provider offices to resolve prescription or authorization issues
- Support patients by phone with refills, claims, and medication access
- Navigate pharmacy systems and document all activity accurately
- Partner with pharmacists and internal teams to ensure timely medication access
- Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and accurate patient records

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with prior authorizations or test claims
CERTIFICATION
- If candidate is in NY, DE, or PA:
o Must have national certification (PTCB or NHA)
- If candidate is outside NY, DE, or PA:
o Must have either: Active state registration/certification, OR PTCB/NHA (national certification)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- National CPhT certification (PTCB or NHA)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Team oriented and detail driven
