Job Description
We are seeking a contract Engineering & Design (E&D) Lead to serve in an owner’s engineering and design governance role. This individual will be responsible for carrying the project from BOD through Construction Documents (CDs) and Construction Administration (CA), with a strong focus on design oversight, technical deliverable quality, and cross-stakeholder coordination.
The E&D Lead will act as the primary owner-side technical authority, ensuring alignment across architecture and engineering disciplines while managing the complexities of a brownfield, occupied laboratory and office renovation.
Local presence is important due to site coordination - at least once a week/month.

Required Skills & Experience
15 years' experience within Project Management-Design
Experience in owner’s engineering, design governance, or technical lead roles for capital projects
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary A/E coordination through BOD, CDs, and CA
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Brownfield lab and office renovation
