Job Description
Responsible for leading the management of project(s) across Information Services initiatives. Acts as the primary point of contact for project delivery, working closely with IS leadership, technical teams, procurement, and business stakeholders across the firm to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to firm operations.
The initial project for this role will be serving as project manager for a firm-wide Windows operating system upgrade affecting all end-user laptops. As that work progresses, this contractor may be assigned to manage additional IS projects spanning a range of technology and business operations initiatives.
– Leads end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communications
– Develops and maintains detailed project plans, action logs, and status reports
– Coordinates across IT, business units, and third-party vendors to align on project sequencing, dependencies, and readiness
– Tracks and manages project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalates to leadership as appropriate
Targeting $50-70 an hour

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of project management or coordination experience in an IT or enterprise technology environment, with demonstrated experience managing infrastructure or technology deployment projects. Background in professional services or legal environments preferred. Familiarity with Windows OS deployment (Windows 10/11 migrations) strongly preferred.
