Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Platform Engineer with deep expertise in MuleSoft and OpenShift–based cloud platforms. This role will serve as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for designing, supporting, and optimizing our integration and cloud platform environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integration platforms in a production-scale environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a hands-on Platform SME supporting cloud and integration platforms
Design, deploy, and maintain platform services across MuleSoft, OpenShift, and Azure AKS
Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, resolving deployment and pipeline issues
Partner with application and integration teams to ensure reliable platform operations
Troubleshoot platform, performance, and deployment-related issues
Drive platform stability, scalability, and observability using enterprise monitoring tools
Support continuous improvement initiatives across platform and DevOps practices

10+ years of overall IT experience
8+ years of hands-on experience across:
MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform, Runtime Fabric – RTF)
OpenShift
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
CI/CD pipelines and GitHub
Unix/Linux systems
Azure Cloud
Strong background as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in:
Integration platforms
Cloud and container-based technologies
Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms in production environments
