An international law firm spanning across the US/Europe/Asia is looking for a SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to join their CRM team. This role can be remote near one of their offices. The role is a long-term contract with potential to hire down the line, so the candidate must be commutable to one of their office locations: Boston MA, NYC, Palo Alto CA, Chicago IL, Denver CO, LA, Miami FL, Reston VA, San Diego CA, San Francisco CA, Santa Monica CA, Seattle WA, or Washington DC. The role will require 4-8 days onsite per month. They are a dynamic team dedicated to delivering secure, scalable intranet and collaboration solutions across SharePoint and Microsoft 365. They are seeking a SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to help support, improve, and deliver digital workplace solutions—partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, implement practical solutions, and contribute to platform standards and documentation. This role will be roughly 80% Sharepoint and 20% Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 issues; perform analysis and coordinate fixes with internal teams and/or vendors as needed.
2. Contribute to SharePoint information architecture, permissions, and site provisioning practices; follow established security and compliance guidelines.
3. Design and build SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and pages based on business requirements; configure components and recommend improvements for usability and consistency.
4. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions; help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve collaboration.
5. Create and maintain user guides and documentation; support basic training and enablement for site owners and end users.
6. Build and support Power Automate workflows (including approvals); document solutions and assist with testing and updates.
7. Collaborate with project teams on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 enhancements; follow best practices and participate in peer reviews as requested.
8. Support day-to-day platform operations by managing service requests/incidents and coordinating with appropriate teams for timely resolution.
9. Support integrations and collaboration scenarios across Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, OneNote, Viva, and related services) in alignment with established governance and security standards.
Compensation:
$53/hr to $64/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint (SharePoint Online strongly preferred), including support and solution delivery in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture and administration, (information architecture, hubs, search, permissions, and site lifecycle practices)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) and how they integrate with SharePoint.
- 1+ years in building and supporting Power Automate solutions
- ability to document workflows in Power Automate and assist with enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Ability to gather requirements, communicate status, and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Additional Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power BI, and/or Dataverse).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features (e.g., sensitivity labels, retention) as they relate to SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience with SharePoint customization (JSON formatting and/or basic SPFx exposure) and a working understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience creating training materials and supporting user adoption for Microsoft 365/SharePoint solutions.
