Job Description
The Assistant Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance operations across multiple local sites, including Revere, MA, supporting one of the world’s largest distribution center networks. This role partners closely with technicians, site leadership, and clients to ensure operational reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. High performers have strong visibility and clear paths for advancement into senior maintenance and regional leadership roles.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- 3+ years in a maintenance leadership role managing teams and programs
- Multi-site maintenance management experience (required)
- Experience overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ability to prioritize, assign, and manage work orders based on technician skill sets
- Strong safety leadership with experience enforcing safety protocols and compliance
- Experience managing maintenance operations in industrial or distribution environments
- Flexibility to support on-call duties and varying site schedules
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management
- Background supporting large‑scale distribution centers or automated facilities
- Strong data analysis skills for maintenance metrics, reporting, and performance improvement
- Experience mentoring technicians and leading training or development initiatives
