Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for a large consulting company. This role will sit fully remote in India.
Day-to-Day
-Lead quality assurance efforts for complex software and AI‑powered systems, ensuring reliability and release readiness
-Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Robot Framework across APIs, UI, backend services, and data pipelines
-Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
-Execute functional, performance, exploratory, and regression testing
-Validate AI and LLM‑driven systems, including non‑deterministic outputs and partial or incomplete responses
-Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define quality strategies, success metrics, and release criteria
-Debug and resolve complex QA issues, including AI/LLM‑specific challenges
-Provide hands‑on contributions to stabilize releases under tight timelines
Compensation:
$12/hr to $16/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of QA or Quality Engineering experience in Agile development environments
-Strong automation experience using Python and Robot Framework
-Experience testing AI‑powered applications, agents, or LLM‑based systems
-Knowledge of non‑deterministic output validation and ground truth data validation
-Experience with prompt testing (Prompt Foo strongly preferred)
-Hands‑on experience validating RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) systems
-Strong QE fundamentals including test strategy, automation design, and defect analysis
-Experience working in Agile teams and strong proficiency with Jira
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with Azure OpenAI
-Familiarity with vector databases such as OpenSearch
-Experience using Datadog or similar monitoring/logging tools
-Background in consulting or fast‑paced client‑facing environments
-Experience improving QA rigor for AI responses that are partially correct or ambiguous
-Ability to balance strategic quality planning with hands‑on execution
