Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
A federal client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large, complex federal contract delivering advanced electronics, cybersecurity solutions, and cloud-based systems. This role is responsible for overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance while providing data-driven insights to ensure successful program execution across multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in federal program management, performance analysis, and cloud financial oversight, with the ability to translate technical and financial data into actionable program decisions.
Provide cost, schedule, and technical performance support for a large federal contract delivering advanced electronics, cyber technologies, and cloud-based systems.
Track and monitor program execution to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Analyze program performance using qualitative and quantitative methods, including earned value, trend analysis, and risk assessment.
Monitor cloud usage and cost metrics, identifying optimization opportunities and cost efficiencies.
Develop and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and performance reports for internal leadership and government customers.
Identify risks and issues related to cost, schedule, or technical performance and support mitigation planning.
Coordinate across technical teams, finance, contracts, and customer stakeholders to support smooth program execution.
Prepare and support program reviews, status briefings, and customer-facing updates.
Hourly wage $45-60/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting federal government programs in a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager role.
- Proven ability to manage and report on cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex programs.
- Experience working with cloud-based systems and understanding cloud consumption and cost models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Active Secret Clearance
