Job Description
The CMM Programmer is responsible for developing, validating, and maintaining Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs to support inspection activities within an orthopedic manufacturing environment. This role focuses on advanced metrology programming, equipment setup, and ensuring accurate, repeatable measurement processes. The position works closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support product development, incoming inspection, and production needs.

Required Skills & Experience
1. 3-5 years cmm programming on Calypso software(Zeiss)
a. Not operation!
b. Preferred to have certificates lvl1 and lvl2, but not required
2. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of GD&T
3. Intermediate to advanced blueprint reading skills
4. Intermediate to advanced open set up experience for inspection
a. Use of all manual tools(mics, calipers, comparators, toolmakers microscope…etc.)
5. Microsoft software knowledge
a. Excel, Word, etc.
