Job Description

We’re looking for a highly experienced Social Media Strategist who lives and breathes culture, performance, and storytelling across social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and creativity, helping shape how a global, iconic brand shows up in culture every day.
You’ll bring deep platform expertise, a sharp strategic POV, and a strong understanding of what resonates with modern audiences—especially within fashion, sport, and youth culture. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with top‑tier brands and knows how to turn insights into social‑first strategies that perform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube, ensuring platform‑specific excellence
Translate performance data, audience insights, and cultural trends into actionable social strategies
Identify emerging trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments—and proactively recommend how the brand should engage
Partner closely with creative, content, and brand teams to guide storytelling and campaign execution
Oversee performance tracking, reporting, and post‑campaign analysis to inform future strategy
Benchmark against competitors and best‑in‑class brands to keep the brand ahead of the social curve
Ensure brand voice, cultural relevance, and strategic consistency across all social touchpoints

Required Skills & Experience

-4+ years of experience in a senior level social media role
-Proven experience working with top global brands or companies (e.g., New Balance, Reebok, NBA, Nike, Converse, or similar)
-Expert‑level understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube—algorithms, formats, trends, and best practices
-Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect data, culture, and creativity
-Experience shaping social strategy for large‑scale, high‑visibility brands

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience working across global or multi‑market social accounts
-Familiarity with social analytics, listening, and publishing tools
-Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills
