Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for one of their top semiconductor clients to support planning and execution of facilities related capital projects for site locations. The role requires a detailed-oriented project manager, capable of driving capital infrastructure projects on schedule and budget. The candidate will operate as an interface between 3rd party engineers and general contractors supporting small and large construction projects. They will drive established global standards and requirements with the company's environmental and sustainability objectives at the forefront. This role reports to the Director of Facilities Operations. This is an onsite role M-F.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Planning
o Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project completion.
- Team Coordination and communication
o Coordinate and manage project team, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, providing updates and project status.
- Budget Management
o Oversee project budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with work performed or within scope of project. Prepare project specific budget reports, advocate for additional funding with justification and minimize unnecessary change orders and cost overruns.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance
o Identify and communicate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact to project. Ensure that project deliverables meet the Global Engineering quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Progress Monitoring
o Track project progress against milestones and deadlines, making necessary adjustments to keep project on track. Develop and maintain monthly project status deliverable.
- Compliance and Standards
o Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety, regulatory, environmental and Global Engineering standards.
- Documentation and Project Closeout
o Conduct post-project lessons learned for continuous improvement opportunities on future projects. Ensure all invoices are paid and closed out. Ensure all as-built
MEP and architectural drawings are submitted to the documentation library lead.
Pay range for this role is 30-38/hr based on qualifications and years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- BS in Project Management, PMP certification or equivalent experience.
- Ten (5) years or more experience in a facilities or construction electrical engineering role.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel (formulas & charts) and have good skills with MS Office products for reporting.
- Must be able to read schematics (mechanical, electronic & electrical) and P&IDs.
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD version 2025 or Solidworks
- Candidate needs to be self-motivated, safety oriented, have good people skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced / fluid environment.
- Strong presentation and technical documentation skills.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills, and the ability to work and lead a team to aggressive schedules.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years or more experience with semiconductor and manufacturing facilities
- Proficient with SmartSheet
