Job Description
The Modeling and Simulation Engineer will support a federal technology organization in Massachusetts by developing, maintaining, and analyzing simulation models that represent complex technical systems and operational processes. This role works closely with engineers, analysts, and program stakeholders to translate requirements into quantitative models, evaluate system performance under varying conditions, and provide data‑driven insights to inform technical and operational decisions. The engineer will contribute throughout the system lifecycle, from early concept modeling through validation, documentation, and refinement, ensuring models remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with mission objectives.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a pay range of $55-65/hr

Required Skills & Experience
-Active Secret Clearence
-7+ years experience developing and analyzing models and simulations to represent real‑world systems, processes, or technologies using recognized modeling or simulation tools and methodologies.
-Strong ability to translate technical or operational requirements into structured models, simulations, and documented assumptions.
-Proficiency in data analysis, validation, and interpretation of simulation outputs to support decision‑making and performance assessment.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional technical teams and communicate modeling results clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
