Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Right of Way Agent II who will be responsible for supporting right of way and title activities across assigned projects by conducting title research, reviewing legal documents, identifying title defects, and preparing project documentation. This role works closely with Project Managers and senior RES staff to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of right of way and title tasks. The Right of Way Agent II also supports the development of junior team members and escalates complex title issues as needed.

Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation: $__25__/hr to $28.73/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in right of way, title, paralegal work, real property law, or mortgage lending.
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret real estate documents, including:

Appraisals
Environmental reports
Surveys
Deeds and easements
Deeds of trust
Mechanics liens, tax liens, judgments, court records, assessments, and probate records


Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment while managing assigned tasks independently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Degree or certification related to right of way, title, paralegal studies, real property law, mortgage lending, or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with industry‑specific regulatory requirements.
Experience using databases, ProjectWise, and GIS systems.
Preference given to local candidates.
