Job Description

A national hospitality design organization with a rapidly growing project pipeline is looking to add a Construction Coordinator to support an expanding portfolio of foodservice and hospitality buildouts. This role is open due to increasing project volume and the need for a dedicated boots‑on‑the‑ground coordinator ensuring design intent is executed accurately from pre‑construction through installation.
You’ll work closely with a tight-knit design and project team, acting as the critical link between design, construction partners, vendors, and clients. This position offers high visibility, direct involvement across all project phases, and the opportunity to influence outcomes on complex hospitality spaces. The work is fast-paced, hands-on, and ideal for someone who communicates proactively, and enjoys resolving construction conflicts in real time.
Team size is small, meaning your impact is significant and recognized. This role offers strong long-term advancement opportunities into project management or senior field coordination roles following successful conversion.
