This pediatric primary care clinic in Westwood, MA is seeking several LPNs or RNs to join a high‑volume, multi‑provider pediatric practice. With 18 total providers—including 9 Nurse Practitioners—the clinic sees up to 110 patients per day, requiring dependable, efficient nursing support. This role involves hands‑on pediatric care, patient rooming, vitals collection, and point‑of‑care testing within a collaborative and fast‑moving clinical environment.
These are full‑time roles, though part‑time options (minimum 25 hours/week) can be considered for strong candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for pediatric nurses seeking a long‑term placement with potential for extension beyond the initial 6‑month contract.
Key Responsibilities
• Room pediatric patients ages 1–25
• Perform weighing, measuring, and vital signs
• Conduct POC testing, including finger‑stick lab tests
• Support daily clinical operations and patient flow
• Update documentation in Epic EMR
• Work collaboratively with providers, NPs, and clinical staff
• Deliver patient‑centered care in a pediatric setting
• Maintain patient safety and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience
Must‑Have Qualifications
• LPN license (Pediatric experience preferred) or RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience in pediatric clinical settings strongly preferred
• Experience with rooming, vitals, anthropometrics (weigh/measure)
• Ability to perform point‑of‑care testing, including finger‑stick tests
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
Ability to support a fast‑paced, high‑volume pediatric practice

• Prior experience working with ages 1–25 years old
• Strong communication skills with pediatric patients and families
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
