Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The BA will be joining a global agile HR team and support a larger transformation across the organization. This role will be sitting in India but will require the candidate to work EST hours in order to match the US east coast team.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include the following:
Data Platform Analysis: Engage with multiple source system providers (e.g., Workday, Payroll, MyBenefits, proprietary tools, Excel) to understand data structures, country-specific variations, and calculation logics
Documentation & Translation: Translate system knowledge into clear internal documentation, including mathematical formulas, process details, and metadata for the Data Catalogue
Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the Data Steward, Data Architect, Product Owner, other Business Analysts, and Ingestion Engineers to support the design & build of the new Data Product
Future Reporting & Analytics: Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and dashboard creation to support operational and analytical use cases
Pay Rate: $16-$19/hr

Required Skills & Experience
-7 years experience being a BA, at least 2 in Sitecore XMC/AI, MUST have some experience with ContentHub
-Must be outstanding communicator and able to collaborate with teams in both the US and India
-Must use AI to facilitate speed in writing user stories
-Must be data driven
-Slide writing a plus
-Must have ability to work cross-functionally in an extremely fast-paced and ever-changing environment where priorities shift regularly within the work day
