Job Description
Our mid size pharma client is seeking a Project Manager – Medical + Commercial to support the DTE (Data, Technology & Engineering) Commercial organization. This role sits within the Project Management & Strategic Operations team and reports to the Director, Commercial and CPEAO Portfolio Manager. The Project Manager will oversee execution of the CPEAO portfolio, which includes five major Medical and External Affairs initiatives:
• Grants & Giving Automation
• Publications Management Scaling
• Content Transformation
• Advanced Insights via AI
• Launch Readiness for new DAs
Each program includes multiple cross functional workstreams. The PM will own end to end project delivery from initiation through launch, ensuring strong execution, clear reporting, and alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage all project deliverables, including charters, schedules, stage gates, and status updates.
• Oversee project execution with detailed tracking of tasks, owners, timelines, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify resource needs, risks, and issues; maintain and manage a complete RAID log.
• Partner with implementation teams to manage JIRA boards using agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
• Deliver weekly status reporting tailored to diverse audiences—core teams, business partners, and leadership.
• Ensure alignment with related projects, programs, and cross functional stakeholders for seamless delivery.
Payrate - $90-100hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of PMO and project management experience within the Life Sciences domain.
• Proven success leading Commercial and/or Medical technology projects such as:
o MedInfo, SciMax, DataVision
o AI based document generation or insights/analytics tools
o Master Data Management systems
• Ability to contribute to scope definition, business process analysis, system adoption strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.

• Able to go onsite on a hybrid basis
