Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Integration and Test Engineer to lead and support radar system testing in a dynamic lab environment. This role is critical to ensuring that Systems and Software Engineering teams have the necessary hardware, networking, and infrastructure to execute development and testing initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work in Tewksbury, MA in a 9/80 schedule
- Support Linux/Unix networking and troubleshooting (RedHat focus).
- Rack and configure hardware, integrate commercial and tactical radar systems.
- Collaborate with SW Engineers and assist with testing and integration tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and coordination with SI&T and engineering teams.
- Document processes and assist with system-level troubleshooting.
$60/hr to $68/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years in a fast-paced lab environment supporting development, testing, systems and networks
- Strong background in linux/unix networking and troubleshooting (RedHat)
- Proficiency in server setup, networking (including Cisco switches and cabling), and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Experience with hardware configuration, inventory logistics, and customer interaction
- Familiarity with radar systems, power-up sequences, and system-level validation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in government or defense contracting environments.
- Practical networking experience and certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, Cisco Certification, Linux Administration Certification; RedHat)
- Exposure to radar product environments.
