Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for one of its pharmaceutical clients based in Boston, MA. This resource could sit 100% remote but will be expected to work EST time. The Business Analyst will work with IT teams, business owners, and project leaders to help drive a new Real World Evidence repository, which is a project in the early stages. On a day to day, the candidate will gather and define requirements in Jira and maintain the Jira board for the project. He/she will also work with onshore and offshore teams. Additionally, he/she will coordinate with the real-world evidence project teams to reconcile requirements, perform UAT and post-release spoke testing, and create training materials for the business user. The ideal candidate, should have strong experience working with stakeholders, have a full understanding of the SDLC, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
$70/hr to $74/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
MUST-HAVES:
* 7+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong Biometrics experience and SaaS experience
* IT R&D experience (regulatory, quality, clinical, safety, biometrics)
* Strong experience with documentation (Esp. in Agile Framework)
* Experience with AI
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PLUSSES:
* Business Analyst preferably in the Clinical/biometrics domain (Real World Evidence data sets, SAS, R)
* Experience implementing a data repository platform
