Job Description
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be fully responsible for the preparation and
execution of marketing projects in close collaboration with global BCG marketing and
communications teams. This includes executing priority projects within BCGX's marketing
agenda, such as content, social media, events, communications, and performance
measurement/analytics.
You will act as a trusted resource for the broader “ONE Marketing” network, fostering the
engagement, partnership, and activation of programming to deliver marketing priorities.
This role requires strong knowledge of marketing tools and excellent organizational skills
to drive end-to-end marketing campaigns for BCGX. You’ll be working side by side with
BCGX Singapore's senior-most stakeholders, and teaming closely with our Managing
Directors & Partners and the global BCG marketing teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a digital, technology or professional services firm
• Capabilities in digital, social media, thought leadership, and PR
• Demonstrated ability to manage in a global and fast-paced environment
• Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members and non-marketers
• Skilled in developing, supporting, and executing successful marketing and communications strategies. Able to transform creative ideas into impactful campaigns across multiple audiences and platforms
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong planning and project management capabilities
