Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a remote Business Analyst to join the analytics organization at a global medical device client. This team is establishing a new data analytics product to support the human resources organization., This candidate will be responsible for working with the business stakeholders to understand requirements and create user stories for the development team. The project will follow typical agile sprints and leverage Jira for user story grooming and status tracking. The primary objective is to create end-to-end data pipelines for multiple source systems into AWS/Snowflake.
$20-$25/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of business analytics experience
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories for development teams
- Experience supporting analytics projects
- Knowledge of AWS and S3
