Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager - Sales for our medical device company in Norwood, MA. This role is five days per week onsite. This role will support day-to-day activities within the commercial process. This role will partner with Customer Service, Inside Sales Representatives, and Application Engineering to streamline workflows and analyze quotation and sales data. The Project Manager will also lead process improvement initiatives, collaborating with senior management and external consultants to redefine and implement enhancements to sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Sales Process Support
-Lead and manage projects focused on improving sales processes, including quotations, customer inquiry follow-up, and Customer Service.

Quotation Support
-Consolidate multiple customer inquiry streams to simplify and summarize quotation requests.
-Drive responsiveness in the quoting process to achieve turnaround times under 48 hours.
-Participate in daily specials quotation reviews and assist inside sales with data support.
-Maintain reporting on open quotations and RFQs.
Learn current quotation workflows and -contribute to future-state process improvements.

Data Analysis
-Perform sales analytics to support new product launches and sales activities.
-Analyze online store activity, quote requests, and order follow-up to maximize win rates.
-Develop and implement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with Marketing to assess Hubspot CRM integration opportunities.

Project Management
-Act as Project Manager for Sales Excellence initiatives, interfacing with consultants and managing day-to-day project activities.
-Assess and implement process improvements for ERP and CRM systems.
-Support projects focused on quoting process optimization, account segmentation, and customer service enhancements.
-Contribute to sales analytics and improvements for online store and Express Coat services.
-Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation:
$60/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of professional experience in a B2B environment.
-Experience in the medical device industry and customer-facing roles is a plus.
-Prior Project Management experience preferred.
-Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems; strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
-Excellent computer, reporting, and communication skills.
