Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Fluid Integration Specialist for one of their top financial services clients. This person will lead the integration of a new workflow solution as part of their initiative to uplift the project management processes within their organization. This role will focus on implementing Fluid/Insights, customizing workflows, and integrating with Jira to streamline project governance and accelerate time-to-market.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement workflow solutions in Fluid/Insights.
Customize Fluid workflows to meet governance and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Fluid developers for advanced customization and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and optimize Jira configurations to support project management processes.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful adoption and functionality.
Provide technical documentation and training for end-users.
Pay ranges from $70-80/hr based on qualifications and years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Fluid/Insights or similar workflow tools.
- Strong background in workflow development and implementation.
- Experience integrating tools with Jira and optimizing Jira configurations.
- Ability to manage technical customization and collaborate with vendor developers.
- Solid understanding of project governance and SDLC processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with PowerApps, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Experience in enterprise workflow automation and reporting.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance requirements.
