A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to join their team. This person is going to own our social media strategy from conception to execution. This is a hands-on role for a creative storyteller who is an expert in building communities and producing engaging content. The ideal candidate is a digital native who is just as comfortable developing a high-level editorial calendar as they are editing a viral-worthy video. You will be responsible for growing our audience, increasing engagement, and strengthening our brand identity across all major social platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio to back it up.
• Complete fluency in managing and creating content for all major social media platforms.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and maintaining a detailed social media editorial calendar.
• High proficiency with social media scheduling and management software (e.g., Later.com, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Advanced video editing skills and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid graphic design skills and experience with Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
