We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at a detox clinic in Springfield, MA. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey, providing high-quality medical care and support during detoxification. Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and assess patients undergoing detoxification, documenting vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and behavioral health staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Support patients with empathy and professionalism during challenging moments in their recovery

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced clinical or behavioral health setting.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience in substance abuse treatment, detox, or mental health settings.
Knowledge of withdrawal symptoms and detox protocols.
