Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support Enel North America's sales cycle from opportunity creation through contract execution. This role ensures clean handoffs to delivery teams and contributes to a seamless customer onboarding experience. The associate will engage in both pre-sale and post-sale activities, including contract redlining, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities
- Review signed contracts and ensure CRM reflects accurate obligations
- Support pre-sale activities: redlining contracts, interpreting sales requests, liaising with legal
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Energy Markets, and Finance teams
- Track and manage sales activities in CRM to ensure compliance
- Assist with system/process improvements and enhancement rollouts
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards; synthesize data into insights
- Manage documentation and data flow across internal teams
- Provide training to sales team members (scheduled and ad-hoc)

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
- 1–3 YOE in Sales Operations or related role
- Experience supporting both pre-sale and post-sale processes
- Contract redlining experience (Microsoft Word, legal collaboration)
- Strong Salesforce or CRM proficiency
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Microsoft Redlining Tool
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in the energy/renewables industry
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
The compensation for this role ranges from $17/hr to 20/hr depending on skillset, education, and years of experience. Benefits are also offered for this role.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
