Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enterprise Move Coordinator to manage corporate relocations across multiple sites. This role ensures seamless transitions for teams and departments while minimizing disruptions to business operations. Responsibilities include overseeing move logistics, IT readiness, stakeholder coordination, and working closely with leadership, facilities, and IT teams.
Compensation: $25-30/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in enterprise move planning, office relocations, or project coordination
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Ability to read and interpret floor plans, office layouts, and construction documents
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and strong task management
Familiarity with end-user IT support/desktop IT support and office infrastructure
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for multi-site travel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in facilities management or construction coordination
Background in technical project management
Prior involvement in large-scale corporate relocations
Comfort leading discussions with CIOs, facilities directors, and business leaders
