Job Description

An employer in the life sciences industry is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead strategic transition efforts following the acquisition of a $4B healthcare technology company. This fully remote role is focused on operational and supply chain integration, with no site-level or equipment extraction responsibilities. Instead, the emphasis is on managing complex projects involving Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), master data migration, and cross-functional coordination between the client and the acquired teams. This role will be at the forefront of leading cross-functional projects and programs from concept to completion

From day one, the Sr. PM will be responsible for navigating 20–30 TSAs, ensuring timely and cost-effective exits to avoid significant financial penalties. This person will build and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with subject matter experts and core knowledge owners, identifying risks and dependencies along the way. The ability to lead through ambiguity, clarify unknowns, and maintain momentum will be critical to success.

The Sr. PM will engage with stakeholders across both organizations, communicate effectively at all levels—including executive leadership—and drive alignment to meet strategic milestones. This role also involves preparing and delivering stage-gate presentations to steering committees, maintaining a regular cadence of updates, and ensuring scope alignment. This person will be expected to challenge teams to stay on track, anticipate roadblocks, and guide them toward successful delivery. A strong business mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information are essential. Ultimately, the Sr. PM will play a key role in ensuring the client exits TSAs correctly and efficiently, supporting broader acquisition goals and operational continuity.
