Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Internal and Employee Communications Manager to cover a six-month maternity leave. This role is central to driving employee engagement, supporting executive communications, and aligning internal messaging across a global, matrixed organization. Youll partner closely with HR, DEI, and senior leadership to deliver impactful communications that foster a connected and inclusive workplace culture.

8+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably within a global, matrixed organization.
Proven success in executive communications, stakeholder management, and HR/DEI-related messaging.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strategic mindset.
Experience with communication platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Slack, email marketing tools).
Highly organized with a knack for building structure and scalable processes.
Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
