Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Manager for a biotechnology client based in Massachusetts. Our client is looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven marketing professional to own their full-cycle marketing division. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating website traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and a smart handoff of solid leads to the sales team. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and can execute across all areas of marketing. This position will be remote in Massachusetts but occasional travel to their HQ will be required on an as needed basis.


Responsibilities
Create and manage high-quality content including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns that align with the clients brand voice and drive engagement.
Increase and improve qualified leads by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation with a heavy emphasis on education-based content.
Optimize the clients marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Coordinate and manage external resources & vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
Oversee website content updates and SEO optimization to ensure strong search visibility and lead generation performance.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how the clients inbound and outbound marketing activity turns into sales and continually refine our process to convert clients.
Develop templates for Dashboards that will track, measure, and analyze all marketing initiatives and available analytics from multiple sources including lead tracking conversion and social media growth.
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from new audiences.
Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
Collaborate with the existing social media manager to help create authentic & relevant content that educates and entertains the audience and supports marketing goals.
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach target buyers.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10+ years of full cycle marketing including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation

Experience in the health and wellness or biotech industries

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce)

Proficiency in marketing automation, social media and blogging software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them using dynamic workflows into converted clients

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with high-profile individuals

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
with shifting priorities and the ability to pivot quickly to capitalize on new opportunities.

Bachelors degree in Marketing

Comfortable with occasional travel both domestically and international
