Job Description

A large healthcare company is seeking an experienced PAM Security Architect to join its enterprise security team. This role a solution architecting role and is more technical thought leadership in PAM integrations and solutioning. The client is over $370Bn in revenue and operates over 9,000 locations. They are dedicated to putting people first from their customers to their employees, engaging with customer feedback to further innovate to provide the best care possible, simplifying processes for care, creating a trusting environment, and to creating the safest and highest quality of care to keep patients protected. They have stared a Foundation to provide financial support to the communities to help with areas such as maternal health, mental health, scholarships, free health services/screenings, etc.

The Architect will be coming from a hands-on engineering background in the IAM space, specializing in PAM. They will help gather requirements from all the respective teams supporting BeyondTrust, Dilenea, Akeyless, etc and if there is a new enhancement that is not currently supported they will be the one to figure out how to solution the architecture both internally and with the software vendor. They will create the solution design documents and present to executive leadership. They will be leading technical discussions and work closely with stakeholders to gather these requirements and answer queries from executive leadership, SMEs, Managers etc and give their opinion on architecture. The architect must have experience in integrating with different ID providers, cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes engines (GKE, AKS) and business systems for Privilege Access Management.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to lead the day-to-day plan, design, architect of IAM Privilege Access Management program; and support implementation
2. Lead and conduct discussion effectively in a cross function team environment and create solution artifacts such as business requirements documents, solution design documents, etc.
3. Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security regulations
4. Proactively identify and resolve program technical bottle necks, risks and dependencies and lead the team to resolutions
5. Articulate the business value of IAM new features/capabilities and leverage IAM features/capabilities to fulfill business requests
6. Create and provide regular presentation/roadmaps/status updates to leadership (business and executive level)

Compensation:
$55/hr to $68/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of hands-on working experience in the IAM and Privilege Access Management (PAM) area at the enterprise level.
- background in architecting, designing, planning and implementing a full end-to-end Privilege Access Management solution (BeyondTrust STRONGLY PREFERRED, Centrify, Delinea, Akeyless, Sailpoint, etc)
- Hands-on experience creating architectural patterns and solution design documents
- ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders, including business, engineering teams, and operation teams
- security protocols and standards OAuth2, OIDC, SAML and others related to authentication and authorization.
- IAM in relation to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Integration experience with REST API and JSON

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CISSP certification
- Expertise in other IAM subdomains such as IGA, Access Management, Secret Management, Directory & Data Service
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other related fields
- Development experience in any technologies, Java, Powershell, etc.
- Familiarity with NIST, graph database technology such as Neo4j
