Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Command Center Technician for a leading pharmaceutical client.

In this role, you will focus on monitoring digital dashboards and integrated control platforms, responding to system alerts and performance changes in real time. You'll take action to maintain optimal site conditions and escalate issues when needed to ensure continuity and efficiency. Maintaining accurate records of alerts, events, and corrective actions in line with cGMP standards is a key part of the role.

Key responsibilities include contributing to ongoing system optimization, assisting internal stakeholders, acknowledging system-generated notifications, and ensuring thorough documentation in accordance with compliance guidelines. You will periodically evaluate site-wide infrastructure performance to anticipate and address potential disruptions. Using your analytical skills, you'll help resolve more complex operational challenges and propose preventive strategies.

You may also support the team with general system troubleshooting and interface tuning.

The compensation for this role ranges from $45/hr to 50/hr depending on skillset, education, and years of experience. Benefits are also offered for this role.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves
05 years of experience in a pharmaceutical operations or facilities monitoring environment
Relevant licensure or certification in system operations or infrastructure oversight
Familiarity with site-wide infrastructure systems and their functionality
Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex operational challenges
Proficiency in software platforms such as BMS and CMS
Ability to interpret technical documentation and system diagrams
Capability to support operational tasks that may require extended periods of activity
A passion for contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven team that values bold ideas, relentless curiosity, and collaborative energy
