Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in Milford, Massachusetts. An ideal candidate will perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on all equipment to ensure optimal efficiency. They will also assist in setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting of filling and packaging lines, including disassembly and reassembly. Diagnose machine electronic controls and understand systems impacting line efficiency. Document all work in the CMMS system and complete paperwork per SOP requirements. Follow safety policies, including LOTO, PTW, and Machine Guarding. Report performance metrics and recommend improvements. Be flexible with shifts and work collaboratively with production and other technicians.

2 years+ Maintenance/troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in liquid filling machinery
Industry experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, specifically in food & beverage, paint, or cosmetics
HS Degree or equivalent.
Preventative maintenance experience on conveyors
Basic proficiency with facilities repairs & plumbing (pumps, tank, valves)
