As a Digital Designer for the Global Digital Content & Design team, you will be responsible for helping to bring this unique brand to life across our digital ecosystem. You will be part of the creative team that designs and develops creative across all digital touchpoints ranging from site creative to email campaigns and online media. Your design skills will turn our strategy into a rich and elevated consumer experience.
This specific role will be focused on, but not limited to, production of ecommerce assets and layouts for on-site content, email and performance media (paid social/display banners). You will be a key component to bringing the brand forward in the digital space, specifically in the e-commerce channel. You should have experience in motion graphics/ media animation to communicate an idea concept or story. You are creative, collaborative in your approach and work in a fast pace environment working amongst other teams to come up with workable designs.
Working under the direction of Design leadership, you will create inventive solutions in all aspects of our digital ecosystema mix of graphic/digital design & motion editing skills are required to fulfill these responsibilities
You will help execute, version and maintain the graphic standards and creative direction in the Global e-commerce channels
You will work with Project Managers to comprehend briefs, and execute high-quality work while meeting deadlines
You will work with Global partners to deliver brand right digital assets for marketing campaigns and seasonal creative
You will have strong communication skills and be expected to clearly articulate your own ideas as well to the digital design team
Be willing to take risks to determine the balance between exceptional creative and relevant business needs
Opportunities to assist in the art direction and execution of converse.com site photography, email and banner creative
Ability to comprehend guidelines, campaigns, brand and category assets and produce effective brand communication for retail and brand

Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or design-related equivalent
1+ years experience in digital design for large retail e-commerce or key digital agency experience specific to the streetwear footwear/apparel industry.
Knowledge and intermediate skills with Bohemian Sketch and Figma and Adobe Suite
Connection to streetwear culture and trend
Strong motion graphic/ media animation, video editing, & photo retouchingSkills in Adobe After Effects
Understanding of current digital design trends for e-commerce
Strong knowledge of digital commerce, user-experience, and social media platforms
Any other design experience is valued.
Must show fully comprehensive portfolio. We are looking for a portfolio of work that can show a strong range of motion skills need to be successful in the job.
