Job Description

Our large facilities client is looking to bring a refrigeration technician. This position has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all systems. A very high percentage of wrench time is expected. Individuals are expected to demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC maintenance & troubleshooting and be multi-skilled in other areas (pipe fitting/plumbing, electrical) to successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments. The individual in this role must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required. This position will also have responsibilities at multiple buildings. Some overtime is to be expected.

Required Skills & Experience

MA state refrigeration license
Familiar with or able to learn working in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) systems
2 years of related trade schooling or equivalent
Minimum 3 year's experience working with HVAC/mechanical systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

At least one year working in BioPharma or Pharmaceutical industry

OSHA 10 certification, preferred
