Director - Business Operations

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager- Operations to join the team of one of it's clients based in Boston, MA in the Life Insurance industry. This person will directly report into the Director of Business Operations and will be owning projects within the Operations organization. This person will have to work a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA.
· Specific Responsibilities:
Owning full lifecycle of projects
Meeting/Alignment with business stakeholders, managers, etc.
Project planning
Risk management
Budget/resource management
Timeline/milestone management

Compensation: 200k - 250k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

· Bachelor's degree in relative field of study
· 7 years of overall professional experience in Operations
3+ years of professional consulting experience - ideally from BCG, KPMG, etc.
Background in Finance, Insurance, Banking or Smart Business industries
Excellent experience owning projects for full lifecycle
§ Project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, budget/resource allocation, etc.
· Desire to be a part of a strong team/culture
Excellent communication skills

Life insurance domain experience
