Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Tier 2 AV Technician to support one of their customer locations in the Boston area from 5/5/2025- 6/27/2025. This role will be fully onsite at the client location, Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM. Key responsibilities listed below:
Preventative Maintenance: Ensure all AV equipment and rooms are ready for use.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve defective or failed equipment issues.
Complex System Support: Interface with manufacturers, developers, engineers, and project managers to resolve complex system issues.
White Glove Customer Support: Working with client executives to support on live meeting or event execution
Remote Troubleshooting: Provide support for local and regional offices.
Reporting: Provide reports on service to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3-5 years of experience as an AV technician
· Experience working with Crestron Systems
· Experience working with the following AV equipment
LCD/ Plasma Displays
Projectors
Microphones
Speakers
amplifiers
· Experience with live event support
· White glove experience
