Job Description

Join our team as a Building Engineer and play a crucial role in maintaining excellence at a GMP Bio-Pharm Site. You'll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building systems, including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Required Skills & Experience

1st or 2nd Fireman License for MA
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience
Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting/carrying heavy loads)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Universal CFC certification.
Additional relevant certifications/licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical).
Experience with advanced building management systems (BMS).
Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
Experience in a client-facing role.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
