Job Description

A large medical device client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to join their team for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extensions. The successful candidate will manage, and process inventory returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various programs. They will be trained on how to determine if the inventory should be re-packaged and shipped to the distribution center or recycled.



This role involves both physical and administrative tasks, including inventory audits, reporting, and data management. They will use Excel and SAP to scan the inventory information for reporting purposes. The work environment includes office tasks and physical activities such as moving boxes, requiring someone who can be on their feet. Some parts of the day this person will be sitting at a desk working on a computer, whereas other parts of the day will be standing. Initially, the position will be on-site with increasing remote flexibility over time

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualizations.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience scanning/inputting information into SAP is a plus but not required

Beneficial to have experience in a distribution center

Experience with medical device equipment inventory management
