Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an HSE Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our clients pharmaceutical GMP site in Cambridge, MA. You will be managing a team of 12 across three locations in MA and CT. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and drive a proactive safety culture while working with a prestigious client in the life sciences industry.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree plus 3-5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety practices (EHS) displaying leadership skills
Experienced in EHS within GMP (good manufacturing practices) or the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pharmaceutical/GMP background
Additional certifications like OSHA, CSP, etc.
HSE audit experience
Training and development experience
Proficient with MS Office
