Insight Global is sourcing for an Applications Developer (C# .NET) to join a public sector IT organization within the Enterprise Services development team. This organization supports 15 Administration and Finance agencies to ensure their IT operations are running effectively and efficiently. This individual will design, develop and implement applications that are both internal and external facing. In addition to developing new systems, the individual may be required to update existing applications. This position requires that the candidate be skilled in ASP.NET, C#, XML, Oracle, SQL Server and able to design, develop and support existing applications. Preferred skills include experience in the Microsoft 365 Power Platform and the ability to leverage Power Apps to create interactive dashboards and canvases to automate workflows. This position will be hybrid, requiring one day onsite in Chelsea, MA. This position is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential for full time employment.

· Minimum 3 years experience with ASP.NET, C#, XML, Web API, MVC and Oracle
· Expert-level JavaScript/jQuery.
· Experience in database design using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
· Experience in Web Services (SOAP or REST) and WSDL.
· Experience configuring and implementing Power Apps.
· Experience with integration, deployments, and troubleshooting.
· Experience with advanced query design, stored procedures, views, and functions.
· Develop and test stored procedures, user defined functions, triggers and other objects that assist in the implementation of business rules/logic.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines and tasks.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to communicate with technical and business resources at many levels in a manner that supports progress and success.
