We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and executing our extensive event calendar, which includes approximately 60 events annually. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, digital marketing, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Responsibilities include keeping records, managing vendors, overseeing shipping and expenses, and booking hotels for sales teams.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including ads, banners, LinkedIn postings, and email marketing. Collaborate with the UK team for website ads. This aspect of the role will constitute 10-20% of your responsibilities.
Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless event execution and support their needs.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all event-related activities and expenses.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
