A large multinational biomedical engineering firm sitting in Marlborough, MA is looking to hire an entry level Maintenance Technician. This is an onsite position with hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. This technician will be joining the facilities team which includes a licensed HVAC technician, licensed plumber and licensed electrician to help support the workload. Day to day this individual will be responsible for working with the lead controls technician and maintenance team to support their team's work orders. Their responsibilities will include monitoring the BMS system for incoming work orders, diagnosing requests, and troubleshooting electrical control systems and HVAC equipment as well as maintaining HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with similar equipment in a commercial or industrial environment and will be a team player looking for career advancement.
The pay for this position ranges from 30 to 35/HR depending on experience, skillset, and education.

- At least one year of experience performing controls troubleshooting on commercial HVAC equipment
- Understanding of electrical controls systems and basic PLC troubleshooting
- At least one year of experience working with a (BMS) building management system
- Experience working with a work order or CMMS system
Experience working in a commercial or industrial environment
Experience working with Schneider EcoStruxure systems
