Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to join one of our Architectural Design clients in the Boston, MA area. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and organizational support to five executives on the core team. You will be responsible for calendar management, scheduling, overseeing special events, meeting arrangements, high-level communication and correspondence management. We are looking for a resourceful and reliable individual who works well in ambiguity and has a willingness to wear multiple hats when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Project Manager.
Experience with calendar management for 5+ executives.
Travel management support.
Experience with general office administrative support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders including C-suite level.
Ability to work in ambiguity, willingness to wear multiple hats if needed, self-starter/proactive.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Passion for design and/or architecture.
