Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Part time HR Performance and TA Specialist for one of our top non-profit healthcare improvement clients. Our client provides millions of people in health care methods, tools, and resources to make care better, safer, and more equitable. This role will sit fully remote and will be a contract for 8 weeks.

This role would focus on performance management coordination and talent acquisition support, with a particular emphasis on utilizing UKG software effectively. This position is mainly administrative but requires a strong foundation in HR and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management Coordination (60%):
Assist in administrative and setup functions for performance reviews, including job family documentation and coordination, system setup, etc.

Support key projects such as:
- Performance Review
- Career progression documentation
- Job Description/Posting Updates
- Survey Module
- Implement performance management systems and processes.
- Understand and create competencies in roles, providing extensive support to hiring managers, including creating resume rubrics and interview questions.

Talent Acquisition Support (40%):
Support recruitment activities, including scheduling, job postings, and other recruitment functions as needed.
Assist with key projects such as:
- Filling 14+ roles
- Transitioning new roles in January 2025 to UKG

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 to 7 years of experience within HR + at least 1 year of experience in the following:
- Proficiency with UKG software from an administrative perspective
- Experience implementing performance management systems
- Created competencies in roles and provide hands-on support to hiring managers (creating job description, IV questions, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Smartsheet experience
