A Partner of Insight Global is looking to add a Marketing Associate to their organization. In this role, you will help create, execute, and monitor campaigns that drive customer growth and loyalty. You will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer acquisition, repeat buying habits as well as uncovering opportunities derived from analytics. You must also have a broad knowledge of the latest marketing technology, digital advertising, social media platforms, live streams, as well as a strong understanding of customer buying habits. Lastly, we are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, communication, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of customer acquisition, as well as have an analytical mind and a creative eye for opportunity.
Develop and execute groundbreaking social media strategies to amplify followers and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Manage and monitor daily social media activities with precision, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
Stay ahead of the curve with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure maximum impact.
Develop and execute Email/ Marketing weekly campaigns to drive customer growth and loyalty
Daily Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement
Deep understanding in marketing technology and digital advertising to maximize customer acquisition/retention
Plan and execute impactful social media campaigns that support marketing goals and product launches.
Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results.

Experience curating content via all social media platforms in a professional setting TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) , EbayLive(plus)
You must also have a comprehensive knowledge of the latest developments in marketing technology and digital advertising, as well as a strong understanding of metrics and analytics
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing and/or customer acquisition/retention
Proficiency in Marketing and CRM platforms(hubspot), Adobe, MS Office Suite
