Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Insider Risk Analyst to work hybrid for one of our clients. Our client is a rapidly growing international semiconductor and manufacturing company that bridges the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge. Our client combines analog, digital, and software technologies into solutions that help drive advancements in digitized factories, mobility, and digital healthcare, combat climate change, and reliably connect humans and the world.

As a Senior Cybersecurity Insider Risk Analyst, youll be crucial in protecting the organization from internal threats. Your role involves identifying, assessing, and responding to potential insider threats to ensure the security of our systems, data, and operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring and investigating internal threats, responding to incidents, developing policies, conducting risk assessments, and creating detailed reports. Youll also design training programs, collaborate with various departments, and stay updated on cybersecurity trends. Typical activities include threat monitoring, policy development, risk assessments, and log analysis.

Must have:
Needs to understand global regulations
Splunk
DLP tools (data loss prevention)
CISSP Cert
5-7 years experience with threat detection / cybersecurity / counter intelligence

Nice to have:
Semiconductor experience
GIAC Cert
Crowdstrike
Chronicle
UEBA tools

Compensation:
$60/hr to $75/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
